1:1 Experiences
With version 2.1 we are taking Singularity to the next level by introducing Smart Channel, Smart Time Of Day and Player Feature Segmentation.
Smart Channel
Singularity now gives you the opportunity to give your players one to one experiences and set up Activities and Lifecycles using the Most Cost-efficient channel Player Feature. Smart Channel will decide which outbound channel (Email or SMS) is the most cost-effective option for each individual player in the segment.
Smart Time of Day
One to one experiences also gives you the option to trigger Activities at the best time of day based on each individual user. For example, if a player usually reacts to an email positively in the late evening then Smart Time of Day will determine when to send out the Action.
Player Feature Segmentation
Utilise the power of Singularity and create a segment based on any of the relevant Player Features in Singularity. For example, use the segment field "Lifestage" and target players that belong to those Player Feature classes.
Data Studio
Since the release of 2.0, we have been busy updating the Data Studio. We wanted to make sure we gave you the newest features as soon as they were ready so most of these updates have already been released to you as hotfixes. One of the biggest updates has been the move away from Looker to work solely with Data Studio. All previous Dashboards have been moved into Data Studio and the Activity and Lifecycle Conversion Dashboards are now also linked to the Data Studio.
System Dashboards
You should be familiar with the System Dashboards if you have been already using the Data Studio but since the last release, we have added many more pre-configured System Dashboards. These include Management Reports, Casino Room performance, Room Trend reports, Lifecycles and Channel Performance.
✨ Improvements
Player Profile Dashboard
We have added 2 new dashboards under the Player Profile to show which Player Feature class the Player currently belongs to. You will also find a dashboard to show all of the recent movements for that player.
Breadcrumbs always visible
We have improved the breadcrumb view ensuring they are always visible at the top of the page even when scrolling down.
