Setting up your Segment

Getting started

You can create a new segment by entering the Segments section of the CRM menu or if you're already in an activity you can create a new segment right there and then.

Naming your Segment

As obvious as it sounds, make sure that the segment name reflects the Segment that you've created. In many cases, you can re-use your segment and in order to easily find it again, you have the option to search for the segment name.

Defining the rules

The basic structure of a segment is created by adding one or multiple rules/groups of criteria (also known as ) combined together with an AND/OR logic. This will filter out one or more players from the remaining player base and form your desired segment.
