Specific Date and Time available for Lifecycles

You can now create Specific Date and Time Lifecycles. All of the existing lifecycle templates come with the option to trigger on a Specific Date and Time or Automation.

We have now given you the option to highlight non-standard SMS characters when setting up your action. This can be turned off at any point and your preference will be cached for the next time.

Email Templates Improvements

We have made a number of improvements to email templates.

HTML Errors See a count of how many HTML errors are in the template.

Content Blocks and Conditions If being used by the template you will see how many content blocks or conditions are in use.

Email Templates in use Email templates now give you the option to see which Activities are using each template.

Autosave Email templates autosave when updated and the status shows when and who made the change.

Three dot menu added to Projects, Activities, Lifecycles and Archive sections

Access the three-dot menu to choose actions such as clone, delete, disable etc by hovering over the 3 dots.

Broken email warning now shows when previewing from the Planning Dashboard.

When previewing an email that has broken HTML from the planned send-outs dashboard you will now see a warning validation.

Visual change to the Player Timeline for Opted-Out Players

Actions for opted-out players are now shown on the player timeline if they have been included in the segment. We have added a visual change to show that the Action was not sent.

🐛‍ Bug Fixes

Fix to enable the upload of large files to segments
Specific Date and Time picker component is now based on UTC rather than the local browser time
Previewing, editing and creating of Triggers and Segments in Lifecycles are now working correctly
Logic amended for the Upcoming Activities pending QA / Activation dashboard to only show disabled activities in QA which are planned for the future
Styling issue causing search results in Lifecycle players to be covered when searching has been fixed
Filtering issue whilst in QA for Specific Date and Time now calculates on the execution date
Specific Date and Time Activities restricted to single-use unless cloning
Specific Date and Time Activities now appear when filtering the timing view in the Activities list
Validation added to ensure properly formated email addresses are used when setting up a new CRM user
Warning message displayed when trying to use emojis, informing that they are not currently supported
The Date picker for the Specific Date and Time Activities is now selected from a date picker rather than typing
