What is an Eligibility Model?
An Eligibility Model is found inside a Collection and is used to set restrictions for the Collection.
The restrictions are set to make sure that not all Action Groups (in the Collection) are considered for each player that is being targeted.
Example:
You only want to target your players with the communication channels they're opted-in to.
You can use the Eligibility Model to make sure all Action Groups containing non-relevant Actions are not being considered for each individual player.
Any Action Group, that passes the Eligibility stage, will then pass through the Scoring Model (set for the Collection) to make sure that the players get sent the Action Group that is the best fit for them.
