1:1 Experiences - The first step of Self-Learning Collections is here!
In the Personalisation part of a Collection, a toggle to enable Self-Learning Collections is now enabled
Use Personalisation in a Collection in order to match the most relevant Action Group to the player
Use Personalisation in a Collection in order to match the most relevant Action Group to the player
When two Action Groups have the same score when matching a player, the Collection will automatically prioritise the Action Group with the highest conversion rate.
  1. Lifecycles - All the confirmation modals that appear when setting up Lifecycles have now received a new modal without the need to write the text in the input field
  2. Uploading files to the Media Library are now being validated that the filenames do not contain any invalid characters
  3. We are now integrated with Viber (Instant messaging) via infobip​
  4. We are now integrated with Telcor (SMS provider)
  5. Communication Profiles
    1. The language flag will be the default flag of a Communication Profile if no specific image has been added
    2. Any uploaded image will be displayed as the Communication Profile throughout the system
    3. The name of the Communication Profile is now displayed throughout the system instead of the name of the Segment used
    4. A validation has been added to the SMS Footer field in case there is no {{unsubscribe-link}} field included in the footer. This can be ignored if a "Text STOP" solution is used
  6. The UI of the sidebar on staging environments has been updated

🐞 Bug fixes

  1. An Activity using a Collection can now be cleared by the ✖‍button from the Lifecycle main view
  2. Data Studio - State of Engagement is now ordered correctly in the dashboard from Sky-high to Inactive
  3. Previewing Segments will no longer display IDs for rules using Player Features and will only display the name
