🧬 1:1 Experiences

What's new?
When building an Activity, you'll now see 1:1 Experiences as an option where you add your Action Groups.

To get started, create Action Groups and Collections in the Content Library and use these in Activities to deliver personalised content with 1:1 Experiences.

Create variations of offers as Action Groups and easily add Classifications that will be used to match Action Groups against the player's preferences.

Other

  1. Activity Builder
    1. SDT (Specific Date & Time) is now the default selected 'Type of Activity'
    2. The calendar picker is now moved to the same tab as 'Type of Activity'
    3. Notes & Tags can now be found at the bottom of the Activity Builder
  2. Search - Lifecycle Activities can now be found using the search functionality in the sidebar.
  3. Email Device Preview - Previewing the Email Template on different devices is now possible from the Action Builder.
  4. Callback Action - Now supports multiple Action Types to be created if named triggercallback.x Trigger webhooks from Fast Track to any external system or endpoint using the Callback Action.

🐞 Bug fixes

  1. Segment Fields in use - When viewing Segment Fields that are being used, the shortcut for accessing the Segment now shows only where it's possible.
  2. Tooltip names - Longer names in tooltips are now displayed with a wider view.
  3. Pagination - Fixed a bug where the pages on the Query Editor & Segment Fields page were showing incorrectly.
  4. Segment Selector - We have updated the UI to make sure the drop-down for selecting existing Segments looks the same throughout the system.
