Micro Features or improvements

  1. Sportsbook in Data Studio
    1. The Casino Performance Data Scope has been extended to also include sportsbook-related measures. This is now called Player Performance.
    2. The In-Depth Activity Performance Data Scope has been extended to include sportsbook measures for players targeted by activities
    3. The actives and revenue measures in the Activity Performance (New) dashboard have been updated to also include sportsbook
  2. Lifecycles - The overview of Lifecycle Engagements now has a filter added

  1. ​Report a Problem - A new flow for reporting a problem or requesting support has been added
    1. Categories and sub-categories now guide you into raising the relevant priority
    2. File attachment is now supported
    3. You can now minimise the request form to be able to gather relevant details

Bug fixes

  1. Fixed the Trigger Events table row height to be correct
  2. An incorrect font has been updated in the funnel charts in the Data Studio
  3. Cyrillic characters are now supported if used in dropdown menus in the trigger or segment builder
