Guide on what steps are needed from the Operator that wishes to use FortyTwo to deliver SMS triggered from Fast Track CRM.

Steps to set up FortyTwo

  1. Set up Account - The Operator sets up an account with FortyTwo, one for Staging & one for Production. To set up the accounts, please get in touch with FortyTwo. Visit: https://www.fortytwo.com/
  2. Tokens - The Operator provides Fast Track with tokens for Staging & Production.
  3. Sender Name - The Operator provides Fast Track with Sender Name (Maximum 11 characters).
  4. Unsubscribe Default Text - The Operator provides Fast Track with default ending text in SMS that they wish to use, "Unsubscribe:...". For example: "Unsub? Click 'here' ". - This text will be automatically added to any SMS triggered by FT CRM.
