Fast Track CRM provides On-site Notifications that will be displayed on the Operator's gaming site. On top of on-site notifications, we also provide a Site Inbox solution for Operators that wish to use it. The Site Inbox solution will further enhance this integration with the possibility to have an inbox on-site with messages received. FT CRM uses Pusher to support both the Site Inbox and On-site Notifications. The Operator will need to set up a Pusher account as the first step in enabling this engagement channel.
